The Sales Engineer leads client relationships for assigned key end-user accounts. Leadership includes development and communication of knowledge of account needs, creation and implementation of account strategies, developing relationships across and up/down the account with high C-suite visibility, managing the business opportunity pipeline, and delivering value to promote account loyalty measured by retaining and increasing sales volume. The Sales Engineer promotes objective and best service/technology solutions based upon the account’s needs and objectives, with emphasis on core offerings. Scope encompasses account locations for named key accounts. This role requires building productive relationships with local client support, engineering / service / technology teams, and Honeywell Combustion Safety leadership.

Field Service Technician Overview: The primary role of the Field Service Technician I or II is to provide combustion service and problem resolution at customer sites. Works with limited supervision and review; and has direct contact with customers up to 25% of the time.


Duties & Responsibilities: Perform service calls at customer sites both mechanical and electrical. Troubleshoot and determine causes of problems with combustion equipment. Prepare service reports. Develop and perform customer training. Perform preventive maintenance, safety audits, energy audits on combustion equipment, industrial burners, low emission burners, BACT burners. Provide on-call emergency telephone support on a rotating basis. Conduct Stack Tests. NOx reduction. Combustion Technician. Emissions Analysis.



Associates degree or technical certification in electrical or mechanical. 1-2 years experience in mechanical/industrial repair, assembly, or fabrication. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Working knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, IRI, etc. standards. High mechanical aptitude. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Ability to work in industrial environments with extremes of noise, heat, heights, and confined spaces. Basic computer skills. Ability to travel up to 25% (overnight). Experience as a Burner Technician (preferred but not required). 

Must be able to carry 50lbs and climb ladders

Involves frequent site visits to industrial sites that may involve exposure to heat, noise, and large industrial equipment

Services Coordinator Overview: Responsible for successful scheduling of Field Services Technician assignments. Customer invoicing and field service database maintenance. Works with limited supervision and review: has direct contact with customers up to 75% of the time.


Responsibilities: Ensures that service vehicle component inventory records are properly and accurately maintained. Produces timely and accurate estimates of required time and materials to support Sales and/or fulfill direct customer requests for service support. Supports field service by fulfilling requests for component and/or product information such as part numbers, drawings or technical literature including non-Eclipse products. Responds to field service requests for technical support by consulting Engineering and other internal resources to provide technical guidance. Performs follow-up on specific cases of outstanding balances due on customer accounts to secure invoiced payments; determines when to escalate specific cases to management. Ensures that periodic data submissions to documentation warehousing/contracting database firms are timely, accurate and complete. Manages the administrative activities such as contact, quotes, scheduling, reporting and invoicing associated with 3rd party contract services. Supports marketing and sales efforts by reinforcing awareness and understanding of the Services capability portfolio. Makes plans and deploys marketing resources relating to the Services portfolio to Services Technicians and other personnel. Schedules training. Completes documentation of training completion.
