Our work product is a complex engineered service or system. Our partner representatives throughout the world provide us with leads in their area and get paid for those leads and introductions. In return we also provide them with possible customer contacts in a careful manner after speaking with our customers to see if they want an introduction. We don't expect to be paid for any business you might do with leads we pass on.

Our dissemination of information about working together starts with us providing you with a non-disclosure form to sign and fax back. We then would provide a password for you to view the overall referral partner program description document and our contract outlining payment terms.

We spend time with referral partners being introduced to possible clients on a speculative basis hoping to build relationships. We also provide training to our referral partners at our Cleveland Headquarters so they better understand our capabilities and what we do.
