Services Coordinator Overview: Responsible for successful scheduling of Field Services Technician assignments. Customer invoicing and field service database maintenance. Works with limited supervision and review: has direct contact with customers up to 75% of the time.
Responsibilities: Ensures that service vehicle component inventory records are properly and accurately maintained. Produces timely and accurate estimates of required time and materials to support Sales and/or fulfill direct customer requests for service support. Supports field service by fulfilling requests for component and/or product information such as part numbers, drawings or technical literature including non-Eclipse products. Responds to field service requests for technical support by consulting Engineering and other internal resources to provide technical guidance. Performs follow-up on specific cases of outstanding balances due on customer accounts to secure invoiced payments; determines when to escalate specific cases to management. Ensures that periodic data submissions to documentation warehousing/contracting database firms are timely, accurate and complete. Manages the administrative activities such as contact, quotes, scheduling, reporting and invoicing associated with 3rd party contract services. Supports marketing and sales efforts by reinforcing awareness and understanding of the Services capability portfolio. Makes plans and deploys marketing resources relating to the Services portfolio to Services Technicians and other personnel. Schedules training. Completes documentation of training completion.
Requirements: Associate’s Degree. 3-5 years of personal growth Strong organizational skills Strong customer service skills Solid skills with MS Office Tools
